ADVANCED ADD-ON | for quantitative phase microscopy


The SID4Element combines to a sCMOS camera to provide the most accurate quantitative phase images. It suits large population imaging as it offers a large field of view. The system also enables acquiring phase and fluorescence with the same camera for an easy merging.

Introduction

The SID4Bio software is designed to assist image acquisition and analysis. It delivers a complete set of parameters based on morphometric and phase information contained in the SID4Bio camera image.
