Introduction

3D SURFACE MEASUREMENT | in a single shot


When integrated in a reflexion set-up, Phasics technology provides a complete surface characterization. It measures the 3D surface map and the radius of curvature of convex or concave surfaces, such as lens, mirror or mold. All surface quality parameters deined by the ISO 10110 standard such as surface irregularity are found from this measurement. Surface profiles can also be extracted in any direction and results can be compared to theoretical surface.

The technique applies to flat surface. It provides roughness and waviness.

Introduction

Phasics surface test relies on a high resolution wavefront measurement in reflexion. This instantaneous non-contact acquisition delivers the whole 3D shape. Thanks to Phasics technology high dynamics, the set-up fits a large range of lenses without any change, including aspherical shape.
